Rescue Teams Save Aerostat Crew

Several lives were saved today by gallant recue crews during an Aerostat regatta today. One airship was damaged as an unlicensed freebooter grav vehicle crashed into it's rigging. The accident caused enough damage that the airships emergency grav generators were not able to carry the unconventional vehicle. The passengers were all equipped with emergency grav belts but the working crew of the vessle were not able to get to their belts. Shortly after the freebooter vehicle collided with the vessel the rigging gave way under the additional strain of the grav vehicles weight. Several spectators were injured when the gondola portion of the airship broke free of it's lines and landed on a media platform. It is reported that some media representatives were killed. The remaining crew aboard the airship were dangling dangerously with one passenger who refused to abandon the crew. When the rescue vehicles arrived the passenger was able to secure a line onto the rescue vehicle. The crew were able to decend into the rescue vehicle without further injury.

Attempted Rampage Foiled By Police

Quick action by police earlier today put a sudden end to a spate of hooliganism that might have resulted in injury.

Ever vigilant officers, acting on information from local monitors were able to quickly end a youthful spree gone out of control.

"No one was in any serious danger", commented Lt. Lowell Hunziger of the Youthful Offenders Task Forces. "These kids just got a little rowdy."

Those involved were taken into custody, and turned over to Police Psychiatrists for evaluation and therapy
